The 260 Washington Project is a rehabilitation and addition to the Metropolitan Building in Newark, New Jersey. This iconic building boasts a historic three-story facade on Washington Street, complemented by a new 19-story addition. It features 207 residential apartments, along with two ground-floor retail spaces and a café and outdoor roof community garden.
