663 Main avenue

Hanini Group renovated this urban landmark for the Passaic Board of Education, which has leased five floors of the building for administrative offices. Known as the People’s Bank Building, it is the tallest and most iconic building in Passaic. This 11-story, 172-foot building was built in 1931. The building has a large clock and engraved art overlooking Main Avenue. The structure, clad in brick limestone, is known for its distinctive and elegant Art Deco style. Besides the Passaic Board of Education, the building also houses a gym and restaurant.
