A visionary self-contained development at the heart of the desert, representing a vision of progress and globalization. This iconic project features a 10-story outer ring podium that blends various mixed-use spaces, including retail, office, technology, entertainment, and lifestyle amenities. Surrounding this podium, sixteen high-rise towers rise from 100 to 200 meters in height, collectively forming the shape of a crown.

The central podium comprises seven above-ground levels hosting collaborative office spaces, vibrant retail, and entertainment venues. Below ground, two levels provide around 5000 parking spaces and advanced natural and geothermal heating and cooling technologies.
